William R. Smith, 82, of Wakefield, passed away Tuesday, April 4th. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late William and Della Smith. He is survived by three children, Stephen D. Smith of Wakefield, Donald W. Smith of Seekonk, MA, and Karen Lee Boyd of South Carolina; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Kindred Hospice, 2374 Post Road, Suite 206, Warwick, RI 02886.
