William Ulrich Braun

William Ulrich "Bill" Braun, 77, passed away March 12, 2016. He was born July 9, 1938 to the late Ulrich and Alice (Houle) Braun, grew up in Providence, and graduated from La Salle Academy. Bill was married to the late Linda (Randolph) Braun for 49 years before her passing in 2013. Bill is survived by his three children, Lisa Schoedel, her husband Carl of Geneva, IL; Erik Braun, his wife Julia (Furlong), their children William and Libby all of Richmond, RI; and Michael Braun of Wilton Manors, FL. After working for many years at the “phone company” in Providence, Bill retired and lived in Phoenix, Denver, Tucson, and The Villages, Florida before returning to RI in 2013. Services will be private.
