Vincent Pisaturo, 84, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024. He was the devoted husband of Marsha (O’Reilly) Pisaturo, with whom he shared a loving life.
Born in Sant’Angelo d’Alife, Italy, Vincent was the cherished son of Augusto and Maria Pisaturo. In 1957, he and his family embarked on a new journey, emigrating to the United States in search of opportunity and a brighter future.
Vincent became a successful businessman, founding Crown Automotive and other businesses in Providence, RI. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his work were hallmarks of his character. He was also an active member of the Aurora Civic Association, where he contributed to his community with passion and commitment.
Above all, Vincent treasured his family. He is survived by his beloved stepsons, Matthew (Paige) and Michael (Elizabeth) DeFusco, who brought him immense pride. His grandchildren—Jack, Colton, Alec, Brody, and Teddy—were the light of his life; he delighted in every moment spent with them and beamed with joy at their accomplishments.
Vincent is also survived by his niece, Nina Pisaturo, and her sons Alex, Peter, and Elias Papadakis. He held a special place in his heart for his nephews Sergio and Gianluigi Simonelli in Italy.
Funeral arrangements are private. A Mass of Celebration will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to the Christian Brothers Center, 635 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02883.
Vincent Pisaturo will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.
