Victor J. Gaboury, Sr.

Victor J. Gaboury, Sr., 42, of Wakefield, died unexpectedly Wednesday. He was the husband of Dawn (Letourneau) Gaboury. Born in Providence, he was a son of Ernest P., Sr. and Ethel (Kohr) Gaboury of Narragansett. Besides his wife he is survived by three children, Michelle Gaboury, Victor Gaboury, Jr. and Daniel Gaboury, all of South Kingstown; a brother, Ernest P. Gaboury of Plainfield, CT; a sister, Gloria Peters of Illinois; and a grandson, Blake Minson of South Kingstown. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM Monday at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be Sunday 4-6 PM. A memorial fundraiser, for the benefit of the Gaboury family, will be held Friday, March 18th at 6 PM at the Mettatuxett Yacht Club, Narragansett.
