Vernon L. Bubby Hazard

Vernon L. “Bubby” Hazard, 78 of North Kingstown, died June 13th. He was the beloved husband of Yvonne Elderkin. Born in Pawcatuck, CT, he was a son of the late Randall and Gladys (Sebastian) Hazard. He is survived by eight children, Linda hazard, Darlene Hazard, Barbara Hall, Verna Hazard, Steven Robinson, Michael Robinson, Shawn Elderkin, and Nicholas Elderkin; two brothers, Everett Hazard and Richard Hazard; a sister, Virginia Doubler; thirty-six grandchildren, ninety-five great grandchildren, and twenty-one great-great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Wendy Hazard, Karen Johnson and Sherri Robinson and brother of the late Violet Bryant and Vincent Hazard. Funeral services were private.
