Timothy Lee Briggs

Timothy Lee Briggs, 65, of Arizona, passed away on Sunday January 14th. He was born to his loving parents the late George F. and Doris (Dimon) Briggs.

Tim had a career as a construction foreman where he worked for several construction companies over the years including, Dimeo, Cardi Corp., Ahlborg and Capaldi. When he retired, Tim moved to Hawaii for 2 years before relocating to Arizona. There, he loved farming and working hard. He spent time raising pigs, cows, chickens and tending to his garden where he enjoyed growing tomatoes. He also loved riding his motorcycle and listening to Jimmy Hendrix.

Time is survived by his companion of 24 years, Patti Perry, his former wife, Jane (Slone) Briggs, daughters, Olivia Briggs of New York and Holly S. (Briggs) Schaeffer of Rhode Island, grandchildren, Savannah, Scarlett, Aaron, Zachary, Kyle, Keira and Jackson and his siblings, George F. Briggs Jr. of Uncasville, CT and Charlene M (Briggs) Gardner of Exeter, RI.

Burial will take place in New Fernwood Cemetery, W. Kingston, 02892. Services will be private.
