Thomas E. Rickel, II, 43, of Charlestown, passed away peacefully on Sunday at home. He was the loving companion of Terri Cardoza. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of Jacqueline (Robert) Rickel of Charlestown and the late Thomas E. Rickel. He also leaves his sister, Justine Rickel of Charlestown. Funeral services will be private.
