Thomas J. Hall

Thomas Hall, 65, formerly of Narragansett, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018, after a long illness. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late John L. and Gertrude (Toth) Hall. Mr. Hall worked at the Christian Brothers Novitiate in Narragansett for 25 years, and he had also worked at Mohegan Sun. For 17 years, Tom volunteered his time as an Umpire for the Narragansett Little League and he was an avid fan of the Beach Boys attending many of their concerts. He is survived by two brothers, John Hall and Mark Hall, both of Narragansett; two sisters, Deborah Hall of Charleston, SC and Hilary Jansson and her husband Dennis of Narragansett; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland Street, Narragansett. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Thursday, 4-7 pm.
