Theresa Rita Connolly, 100, of Woonsocket, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Saint Germain Manor. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Chicoine and Cecilia (Desplane) Fregolle.

Theresa was born and raised in Woonsocket and spent her entire life in Rhode Island. Theresa will be remembered for her remarkable 100 years of life, her lifelong dedication to helping others, and her unwavering devotion to her family. She celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by family, friends, fellow residents, and staff at Saint Germain Assisted Living. Throughout her long and fulfilling life, she often expressed gratitude for the years she had been given, finding her greatest joy and pride in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Theresa is survived by her loving daughter, Janice Sevegny, and her husband, Neil; her grandson, Scott Sevegny, and his wife, Suzanne; and her great-grandchildren, Abygail and Alex. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Raymond Dureault III, Lawrence Dureault Jr., and Tammy Dureault, and her great-grandchildren, Randall, Angelina, and Lawrence III.

She was predeceased by her sons, Raymond Dureault Jr. and Lawrence Dureault.
