Theodore S. Knapp, Jr.

Theodore S. Knapp, Jr., 91, of South Kingstown, passed away on July 14, 2017. He was the husband of the late Constance (McCarthy) Knapp. Born in providence, he was the son of the late Theodore and Marion (Given) Knapp. Mr. Knapp was a U.S. Army Air Force WWII Veteran. He worked as a foreman for the New England Telephone Company. He also loved to spend his time golfing. He is survived by his children Daniel V. Knapp of Green Hill, Mary Beth Bell of North Carolina, and Patricia Hayes of Wakefield; four grandchildren; Lindsay, Daniel, Patrick and James; three great-grandchildren; Andrew, Lily, and William. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 11:00 am in St. James Chapel, 2079 Matunuck School House Road, Charlestown. Burial will be private.
