Susan "Sue" Marie Venter White, 58 passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 27 2023 in Lithonia, Georgia. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, October 15, 1964. Susie graduated from Bayview High School in 1982. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in 1986 from Rhode Island College and with a Masters of Science in 2002 from Georgia State University. She was a Registered Professional Nurse in Rhode Island, Georgia and Texas. She received an American Nurses Credentialing Center Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and other certificates. She was a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. She also served in the military as a Grade 0-3 Senior Nurse Officer at the Federal Correctional Institute from 1986-1991.
Throughout her career she has worked for clinics, hospitals but was especially passionate about labor and delivery. She eventually started her own business known as White Sands Healthcare with a focus on Veteran Evaluation Services, which she cherished. She loved her home in Georgia as well as her home and family in RI. There were so many places around the country that she loved to travel to and had loved ones all around the world. One place that always had a piece of her heart was Sedona, AZ. She loved the beach, flowers and walking with her dog. She had an aura that added light to anyone's life around her. She was a proud member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe and always worked to maintain her culture and improve benefits for the Native American Community.
Sue is survived by her mother, Geraldine "Judy" (Reels) Venter of Wakefield, Rhode Island, sister Nancy Venter of Atlanta, Georgia. Her niece Skye Marie Ninigret Venter. Her niece and nephew Sarah Marie Ninigret Jackson and Matthew Solomon Venter, great-nephew Jacobi Jackson all of Atlanta, Georgia; and multiple loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Sue was predeceased by her father, Raymond Venter Sr., her brother Raymond "Chip" Venter Jr. And her husband Michael White.
The family of Susan Venter White would like to express their heartfelt love and appreciation for all the prayers and kind words they have received at this time.

A celebration of life will be held at the Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence RI at a later date.
