Stephen M. Maroney, Jr

Stephen M. Maroney, Jr., 76, of Wakefield, passed away Sunday, January 3rd. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Stephen M., Sr. and Dorothy (Finucane) Maroney. Mr. Maroney was employed by the Plumbers Union Local 51 for 54 years. After retiring, he enjoyed landscaping and working in his garden. He is survived by two children Stephen M. Maroney, III of Wakefield and Kelly A. Maroney of Warwick; two brothers Kevin M. Maroney of Foster and Dennis Maroney of Coventry; and two sisters Mary Ann MacLaughlin of North Kingstown and Patricia DiPeterillo of Warwick. He was the brother of the late Edward J. Maroney and Donald J. Maroney, Esq. Funeral services will be private.
