Stanley R. Buster Martin

Stanley R. “Buster” Martin, 45, of Mechanic St., died Saturday. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Edgerton and Doris (SNEAD) Martin. Mr. Martin was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Persian Gulf and a graduate of South Kingstown High School. He leaves a sister, Kathy Northup; a brother, Roy Martin; two uncles and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Edgerton Martin Jr. and Dorothy "Darby" Martin. Visiting hours Saturday 4-6 PM in the Bell Funeral Home, 571 Broad St., Providence. The funeral will be Monday at 11:30 AM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield with visiting from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
