Sandra A. Westmoreland

Sandra A.Westmoreland, 79, of Westerly, RI, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Westmoreland. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Frederick B. and Helen M. (Stedman) Sisson.

Sandy was known for her kind heart and generous spirit. She was an avid cook and baker and loved creating handcrafted items to share with family and friends.

She is survived by her two children, Carl B. Westmoreland, Joshua F. Westmoreland and his wife Courtney, and granddaughter Maggie. Stacy Wheelock and her husband Chris and grandchildren Channah, Rachel and Corey. Sandra leaves four siblings, Linda M. Frazier, Donna L. Costanza, Frederick B. Sisson, Jr., and Lisa J. Sisson as well as many nieces and nephews.
