Sandra L. Sweet

Sandra L. Sweet, 67, of Charlestown passed away unexpectedly Wednesday at home. Born in South Kingstown, a daughter of the late Edward and Virginia (Bond) White. She was employed as a quality control inspector for Darlington Fabrics and as a cashier for Shaw’s Market. She was a member of the Downey Weaver American Legion Post and secretary for four years at the R.I. Country Horizons. Sandra is survived by two sons, Leonard A. Sweet, Jr. of Narragansett and Timothy B. Sweet of Pawtucket; two brothers, Larry White of Charlestown and Perry White in Ohio and three grandchildren, Timothy B. Sweet, Jr., Mariah M.L. Sweet and Jason J. Sweet. She was the sister of the late William White. Visitation Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 10-11 AM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
