Sandra A. Cassidy

Sandra A. Cassidy, 64, of Wakefield, died Thursday April 30th. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Gertrude (Greene) Rudd. She enjoyed helping others from babysitting children to sitting with an elderly person to keep them company. She is survived by three children, Cynthia Rogers of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Dennis Souza, Jr. of Hope, RI, and Michael Cassidy, Jr. of Wakefield; three grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, and Andrea; and a brother, Kenneth Rudd, Jr. of Florida. A private service took place in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Memorial donations may be made to the Women’s Resource Center of South County, 61 Main Street, Wakefield, RI 02879.
