Rosemary Warburton(Humer), 81, of Kimberly Drive, died Monday. She was the wife of Ralph A. Warburton for 58 years. Born in West Allis, WI, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mathilda (Jarvas) Humer. Mrs. Warburton worked as a sportswear buyer for the former Gladdings Department Store. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church, a member of the Dunes Club, former member and past president of the Women’s League of the Pt. Judith Country Club and past president of Varnum Continental Ladies in East Greenwich. She was an avid bridge player and traveler as well as a major fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. Besides her husband she leaves, a son, Paul R. Warburton;a daughter, Martha W. Brough and her husband John; grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Kyle Brough all of Wakefield; sisters, Louise Meyer, Mary Derksen, Martha Rukavina and Lillian Heyder all of WI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will be private. Visiting hours, Wednesday 5-7 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South County Hospital, 100 Kenyon Ave, Wakefield, RI 02879.
