Roberta Cota Robin Matteson

Roberta “Robin” Cota Matteson, 56, of Wakefield, died Monday. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Cota and Ronald Matteson. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late William R. Clarke, Jr. and Margaret (Powers) Moakler. She is survived by two sons, Winslow Cota of Wakefield and Chadwick Cota of Richmond; two granddaughters, Hailey Cota and Brooklyn Cota, who affectionately called her “Grandma Duke”; a sister Catherine Ladd of Somerville, Maine; and her beloved cat, “Snoop”. She was the sister of the late Mark Clarke. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 am in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale.
