Robert J Lehrman

Robert Jeffrey Lehrman, 74, of Narragansett, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 19, 2024. Born in Bronx, New York to his loving parents, the late Sol and Shirley Lehrman. He was the devoted husband to Robin (Groeneveld) Lehrman for 18 years.

Robert graduated from Hofstra University in 1971. He retired in 2019 after many years as a mortgage broker. He enjoyed spending his summers in Narraganset and his winters in Florida. Robert loved spending his days at his home enjoying time with his family and friends. He would sit out on his front patio and was the unofficial welcoming committee to anyone that passed by. Robert would spend countless hours at the breachway waving to all the boats going in and out. Robert loved his life on Great Island, and his passion was getting in his wetsuit and quahogging in salt pond.

Besides his wife, Robert is survived by his children; Jessie Lehrman, Brett Lehrman and Mackenzie Lehrman, his stepchildren; Nicole Guglielmetti, Cassandra Kahrimanovic, and Ryan Guglielmetti, and his 6 Grandchildren Dylan Gerlack, Conor Guglielmetti, Emily Guglielmetti, Avery Lehrman, Rider Lehrman, and Luka Kahrimanovic. He was the brother of Jody Plew, and Donald Lehrman.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 2-5 pm in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield, 02879. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
