Shannock, Rl - Bob Giuliano, 84, son of the late Tomaso Giuliano and Theresa (Hanley) Giuliano of Providence, Rl. Passed peacefully at home on June 17, 2020 surrounded by his loving wife of 45 years, Barbara (Hopkins) Juliano and his family. Bob was born and raised in Providence, Rl, served in the Korean War, and then became an educator and taught at CCRI and Bryant Colleges. Bob and Barbara lived in Cranston, founded the Rhode Island Beauty Academy in Johnston, Rl and later they moved to Shannock, Rl to retire. Bob leaves four children Mark Giuliano (wife Theresa), Cherrie Perkins (wife Barbara), Mark Perkins (wife Leslie), and Stacey Wildenhain (husband Donald). Daughter Colleen Lavigne preceded him in death. Bob leaves four grandchildren, Kristin, Devon, Evan, and Brenden. Bob had his own band, Celebrations, he played saxophone at weddings and spent many nights playing gigs around Rl. A sports enthusiast, he played softball as a pitcher into his early 70s, and was also widely known as "two-bounce" Bob, as he loved playing doubles tennis with anyone who would grant him that extra bounce. He was "the master" of High-Low-Jack and artfully orchestrated large and rowdy card game tournaments. He loved traveling on vacations with Babs and their friends, and loved entertaining at home. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Private services will be held on June 23, 2020. at Rl Veterans Cemetery in Exeter Rl.
