Richard J. Pegis

Richard J. Pegis of East Greenwich, passed away Feb. 13. His long career included founding his own company NIAS, and teaching math at the Coast Guard Academy. He is predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Anne Pegis and son Damien Pegis; survived by his children Chris, Jon, Jolyon, Gabe, Matt and Monica; his five grandchildren and his long-time partner Bernadine Einloth. Memorial service will be at a later date.
