Richard C. Hall, 61, of Teaberry Lane, Hope Valley passed away of a sudden illness at home on Sunday, March 30th. Born in Long Island, N.Y., he was one of ten children of the late Milton and Alexandria Hall and he had lived in R.I. for 30 years. He had been a chef at the Richmond and Exeter Country Clubs for 18 years and was looking forward to retirement in two years. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather who had a passion for cooking and taking care of people. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Dianne of Hope Valley; daughter, Irene Hall Watts of Margate, FL., and son-in-law Michael with their children Jack and Connor; son, Rick Hall of Honolulu, HI., and daughter in-law Bee-Cee with their children Joshua and Joseph; son, Charlie Hall of Richmond, and daughter in-law Katie with their children Dakota and Devlin. In addition to expecting another grandchild this summer, he leaves behind nine siblings. All funeral arrangements will be private.
