Richard James Boisvert, Sr.

Richard James Boisvert Sr, 75, of Narragansett, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. He was the loving husband of Shirley Ann (Lewis) Boisvert. Born in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of the late Leona Mathis.

In his early years, Richard was a Sergeant in the Air force, serving two tours in Vietnam. He enjoyed gardening and traveling to Florida every winter with his wife. Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach were spots Richard cherished when spending his time in Florida.

Besides his wife, Richard is survived by his two sons, Richard Boisvert Jr, and Ryan Boisvert. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister, Ann Kinnecom, and brother, Joseph Boisvert.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Avery Storti Funeral Home, located at 88 Columbia St, Wakefield RI.
