Richard L. Bishop, 27, of Wakefield, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011. He was the husband of Nicole (Richmond) Bishop. Born in Hollywood, Florida, he was a son of Richard and Margaret Bishop. Richard was the owner of A. Bishop’s Chimney Service in South Kingstown. He enjoyed playing pool, poker, bowling, and his treats. He had a passion for guns, riding his motorcycle and most of all for life in general. He was a member of the R-1 & R-6 Forums. He will be remembered as being a loving and devoted father and living each day to the fullest. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Emma Elisabeth Bishop; three sisters, Genevieve Bishop, Jessica Sheipe and her husband Matthew and their children Devin and Liam, and Natalie Bishop and her husband RJ DiVirgilio and their son Gino; loving companion Kara Judge and her children, Cassidy Judge and Noah Judge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Visiting hours are at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Monday 4-8 PM. Memorial donations may be made to The Emma E.
