Rhiannon Colleen Aguirre-Bates

RHIANNON COLLEEN AGUIRRE-BATES, 25, of Lakeview Dr., Narragansett, died Saturday at home after courageously battling cancer, surrounded by her family and friends. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of Jose and Charlene (Kelly) Aguirre and was a 2001 graduate of Narragansett High School. She was the former wife of Stanley Bates and the loving mother of beautiful daughters, Brooklyn and Emma Jeanne; sister of Siobhan Aguirre of SC; granddaughter of Jeanne Kelly of Narragansett, Jose and Carmen Aguirre of Spain, the late Bernard Kelly and Edith Aguirre. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 PM in the AVERY-STORTI Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Donations in her memory may be made to the Tomorrow Fund 593 Eddy St., Providence, RI 02905.
