Rebecca Anne (Dougherty) Lovett

Rebecca Anne (Dougherty) Lovett, 54 of Saugas, Massachusetts, passed away suddenly on March 30, 2021. She was the wife of the late Brian David Lovett. She was born in San Diego, California, to Captain Robert J. Dougherty, US Navy, Retired and Ruth Anne (Lepore) Dougherty. Rebecca worked for many years as a bartender at Jeveli’s Restaurant in Boston. She enjoyed working with the public. She was an avid reader. Rebecca is survived by her two children, David Alan Barrington, and Darin Adam Barrington and three grandchildren, Jaysun, Jadalynn, and Jayliah. She is survived by her father, Captain Robert J. Dougherty, US Navy Retired and his wife Commander Nancy Dougherty, US Navy Retired; her mother, Ruth Anne Dougherty, and her partner Cynthia L. Drake; her brother, Robert Jonathan Dougherty and his wife Ellie and their three children, Jonathan, Ben, and James; Rachel (Dougherty) Flynn and her husband Bryan Flynn; Ryan Drake and his fiancé Heather and children, Kelley and Virginia; and her brother the late Radley Joseph Dougherty. Rebecca will be missed by her family and friends. There will be a private service for family.
