Raymond A. Seguin, 89, of Indialantic, FL formerly of Charlestown and Warwick, RI, died Wednesday in Palm Bay, FL. He was the husband of Jane (Benoit) Seguin. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Mary E. (Houde) Seguin. Mr. Seguin was a W.W. II US Navy Veteran and a graduate of New England Technical Institute. He was Plant Manager for Interplex Metals in Providence and a former employee of United Wire and Supply Corp. He was an avid fisherman, a member of Charlestown Senior Center, a member of Knights of Columbus Warwick Council 2295, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Social Chairman for St. Williams Church, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Charlestown and Florida. Besides his wife he leaves a son, Raymond and his wife Barb of Washington; sisters, Eleanor Capp of Warwick, Theresa Zannella of Cranston, Jeannette Dellicarpini of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; brothers, Albert Seguin of North Providence, Larry Seguin and Leo Seguin both of Warwick; two grandchildren Corey and Mark and his wife Lisa Seguin and great grandchildren Abby & Norah. He was brother of the late Alice Bandilli, Rita Mournighan, Joseph, Eugene and Arthur Seguin. A committal service with military honors will be held Saturday March 20th at 10:00 AM in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery Chapel, Exeter, RI. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Friday 4-7 PM. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Trudeau Memorial Center, 3445 Post Rd., Warwick, RI 02889.
