Raymond J. Leduc, Sr., 95, of Narragansett, died Monday. He was the beloved husband of Mary Louise (Mowry) Leduc for 65 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Noel and Lozia (Vinet) Leduc. Mr. Leduc served honorably in the Army Air Forces during World War II and he was a member of the American Legion. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Dyann Boudreau and her husband Richard of Narragansett and a son, Paul Leduc and his wife Michelle of North Kingstown; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Rachel, Bradford, Paul, and Remy; and two great-grandchildren, Mary and Emily. He was the father of the late Raymond J. Leduc, Jr., and was the youngest of seven children and was predeceased by his six older sisters, Lillian Lamontange, Clare Leduc, Alice Thibeault, Florence Lenney, Dorothy Schoenfeld, and Bertrande Reilly. Visiting hours will be held at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Monday, 9 -10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 864 Pt. Judith Road, Narragansett. Burial with military honors will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South County Hospital, 100 Kenyon Avenue, Wakefield, RI 02879.
