Raymond N. Knowles

Raymond N. Knowles, 70, of Narragansett, passed away Saturday October 5, 2013. He was the husband of the late Ann (Fitzgerald) Knowles. Born in Edinburgh, England, he was the son of the late Charles T. and Olga (Dower) Knowles. Mr. Knowles served in the US Air Force in the Philippines from 1961 to 1965. He was an engineer by trade and owner of Graham Products and a contract machinist for the US Navy. He was the father of Christopher S. Knowles of Hopkinton and Audra C. Knowles of Las Vegas, NV; Grandfather of Sebastian “Sky” Knowles Ygnelzi and brother of Charles T. Knowles III of Wickford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday October 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church. 864 Pt. Judith Rd., Narragansett. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
