Phyllis Joyce Todd

Phyllis Joyce Todd, 74, passed away peacefully on June 29th in Narragansett, RI. She was born in Woonsocket, RI and lived most of her life in Narragansett and Block Island.

Phyllis spent her early career as a model and stylist for luxury women's clothing, before transitioning to marketing and sales. Her friends and loved ones will remember times shared at her tastefully curated store on Block Island, "The Bird's Nest".

She embraced the many changes in her life through the love and support of excellent friendships she found on the island. Phyllis was charismatic and fun loving. She was warm and kind and had a great love for animals.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Tetzner, from her first marriage to the late Joseph Ambrogi, step mother Carrie Todd, brother Peter Todd , nieces Kimberly Todd and Deborah Kanoch, as well as many beloved friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Harold Todd and Joyce (Jones) Todd, son, Wren Ritzinger, second husband Kenneth Ritzinger, brother, David Todd and niece Jody Todd.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday August 19th, 12:00 pm, Harbor Church, 21 Water St., Block Island, RI
