Phyllis Smith Gallup

Phyllis Smith Gallup, 68, of Wakefield and Englewood , FL, died Friday. Born in Wakefield, she was a daughter of the late Roland B. Sr. and Hazel (Parker) Smith. Mrs. Gallup was a private duty nurse for many years. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth “Bud” Gallup, III of Venice, FL and Michael R. Gallup of VA; three grandchildren, Kyle, Kody and Kaitlyn Gallup; two sisters, her twin Patricia “Patty” Mello of Wyoming and Englewood, FL and Susan Swanson of Wakefield; two brothers, Roland B. Smith, Jr. of Narragansett and Scott Smith of Wakefield. She was the sister of the late Barbara Makin. Funeral and burial will be private.
