Philip Andrew Bode

Philip A. Bode 44, of Charlestown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. Born in Corning, New York he was a son of Rev. John R Bode of Whiting, NJ and the late Grace H. (Clark) Dimon. Mr. Bode was a well-known auto mechanic in South County. He enjoyed golfing and playing various musical instruments. Besides his father, he is survived by two children, Malayna Gregoire of Illinois and Logan Bode of Wakefield; a brother Mark Bode of Wakefield; a sister Sharon Brooks of North Kingstown; a step-sister, Becky Stevens of Coventry; as well as many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Thursday, October 17th, 6:00 8:00 pm. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
