Pauline A. Murphy

Pauline A. (Perreault) Murphy, registered nurse, of Wakefield, RI passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025, at the age of 90. She was the widow of John F. Murphy and the daughter of the late Edmond and Alice Perreault.

Pauline was alumnae of Community College of RI and Salve Regina University. She was previously employed at Memorial Hospital of RI and the VA Medical Center.

She is survived by her daughters, Karen Smith, Lori Worrell and her husband Christopher, daughter-in-law Elizabeth Desmarais, stepchildren, Jean Robinson and Curtis Dunham, her grandchildren, Spencer Worrell and Sophie Worrell, several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her sister Claire Gould, her son Steven Desmarais Esq., and her stepson Robert Dunham.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 9 am in Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St. Wakefield, RI.
