Paul Ricci

Paul A. Ricci, 84, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 57 years, Elaine A. (Boule) Ricci.

Paul graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1959 and continued on to obtain a Masters degree in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. He worked for 30 years for the Narragansett School system and was a dedicated fan of its student sports programs.

Paul was passionately involved with the Narragansett Pop Warner Football and Washington County Youth Football programs for more than 25 years, serving as both board member and coach. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading for pleasure and was an accomplished carpenter, creating numerous pieces of beauty during his lifetime.

Paul was an avid fan of all sports, most notably at the collegiate level. A philanthropist at heart, he was a generous contributor to numerous charities that were meaningful to him and his dear wife.

He is survived by his children; Steven, David (Lisa), Douglas (Lisa), Donna (Michelle); his grandchildren Kristen (Zachary), Brian, Mathew, Nick (Sami), Brandon (Emma); his great-grandchildren Molly, Penny, Theo; his brothers Anthony (Sandra), Robert (Nancy); his sister Maureen (Bobby); and many close friends that he considered extended family.

Paul was forever the steadfast backbone of his family, providing encouragement, support and unconditional love.

Funeral services for Paul will be private.
