Paul D. Oden

Paul D. Oden, 58, of Richmond, RI, died Monday August 19, 2013 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. He was the husband of Linda (Walsh) Oden. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Clarence and Christine (Hayes) Oden. Paul was a self-employed carpenter for twenty years. He was an avid boater, enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was the father of Caitlin Oden of Richmond and the late Sara Oden; brother of Marilyn Oden-McGill, Esther Oden and the late Peter Oden. The funeral will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Tomorrow Fund.
