Patricia A. Aldrich

Patricia Aldrich, 78, passed away Friday February 1, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Gertrude M. (Bartels) McNiff. Patricia was an administrative assistant at the U.R.I. Graduate School of Oceanography for twenty years before retiring. She was an avid reader and music lover and enjoyed the beach. Her greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was the loving mother of David J. Aldrich and his wife Janet of Andover, MA, Martin C. Aldrich and his wife Terry of Narragansett, Ruth M. Bellino and her husband David of South Kingstown, Claire P. O’Rourke and her husband Edward of South Kingstown, Peter M. Aldrich and his wife Trish of Narragansett and the late Donald J. Aldrich; loving grandmother of ten. She was the sister of the late Stephen McNiff.
