Norma Jean Plattner

January 22, 1949 — June 8, 2021

Norma Jean (Mycroft) Plattner, 72, of Charlestown, passed peacefully at home Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Norma was a devoted wife, sister, and mother. She was the wife of the late Wayne Plattner. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Mary (Landry) Mycroft. Norma was the owner and creator of The Last Straw and was in the process of creating and designing cards, Coastal Creations. She was the past president of the Tenant Association at Indian Run Village. Norma enjoyed long walks on the beach and was an incredible creator of seaside creations and paintings. She is survived by her children, Lisa Tow and her husband Terry, Michelle Narducci and her husband Michael, April Brunelle and her husband William, and Dawn Plattner, six grandchildren, Jamie Tow, Alex Tow, Jessica Narducci, Michael Narducci, James Brunelle and Samantha Korn, two great grandchildren, Evangeline Harris and Leila Narducci and a sister, Margaret Lindberg. She was the sister of the late Frederick Mycroft. Services and burial will be private.
