Nina E. Hazard

Nina E. Hazard, 85, of High Street, Wakefield, died at home, Friday 28, 2011. She was the former wife of the late Earl Hazard. Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late John and Nelly (Sekator) Hazard. Nina worked in dining services for the University of Rhode Island for thirty years before retiring. She is survived by her son, John Hazard of Wakefield; daughters, Yvonne Pantalone of Westerly and Margaret Hazard of Wakefield; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Margaret Peckham and Irene Robinson. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, North Kingstown. Donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
