Nick Dulin

Grady Nick Dulin, 79, of Gardner Rd., West Kingston, RI, died Thursday at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Diane J. (Rochon) Dulin for 48 years. Born in Waynesville, NC, he was a son of the late Grady N. Dulin Sr. and Clara M. (Abercrombie) Dulin. Mr. Dulin was a Chemical Engineer for many years working in various mills in New York, Virginia, Massachusetts, Pennslyvania, Nova Scotia and Rhode Island. He attended High Point College and was a graduate of North Carolina State College. He was a U S Navy veteran of the Korean War serving as a pilot from 1954 to 1956. Mr. Dulin was an avid gardener and tomato grower. He was an animal lover and enjoyed making blueberry pancakes. He was the father of Mark Dulin of Andover, MA, Scott Dulin of Cambridge, MA, John Dulin of Seattle, WA, Jennifer Dulin of Lakeville, CT and Valerie Dulin of Harrisville, RI; brother of Ouida Sheldon of Seattle, WA, Doris Mannes of San Diego, CA and the late Max Dulin. The Funeral service will be private. Burial with military honors will be in The Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI.
