In Loving Memory of Anne Christopher, Our Beloved "Grammie"

With great sadness, yet great gratitude for the life she lived, we announce the passing of Anne Christopher of South Kingstown, Rhode Island. She died on April 1, 2025. Anne was affectionately known as "Grammie" to her treasured grandchildren and loved ones. At the age of 83, she left this world with a legacy of kindness and unwavering love.

Born to John and Gladys Campbell of Pawtucket, RI, Anne loved to serve others, never asking for anything in return, yet always offering a warm meal, a listening ear, and a compassionate heart. Her home became a sanctuary where Sunday meals were more than just food —they were an embrace, a tradition of comfort, and a symbol of the unconditional love she shared with everyone who walked through her door.

She was the cherished wife of Albert Christopher for 62 years, beloved mother to her son Scott Christopher and daughters Laurie Lisi McDonald and Stacie Girard, and the devoted grandmother to eight grandchildren and great-grandmother to four more, each of whom she loved dearly. To her beloved grandchildren, Grammie was more than just a grandmother-she was a guiding light, a storyteller, a giver of hugs, and a keeper of precious memories. She was the heart of her family, and though her physical presence has left us, the love she cultivated remains eternal.

Though we mourn her loss deeply, we choose to celebrate the life she lived so beautifully. Grammie's spirit will forever be woven into the lives she touched, the meals shared, and the love she gave so freely. She is gone, but never forgotten —her kindness lives on in all of us.

Forever in our hearts, always in our memories. Rest peacefully, "Dear." You were truly one of a kind.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Anne Christopher, to support research and care for those affected by this disease.
