Mildred J. Quinlan

Mildred J. Quinlan, 97, of Narragansett, died unexpectedly Thursday December 8, 2011 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. Born Narragansett, she was the daughter of the late Albert George and Nellie (Babcock) Chase. Mildred worked for New England Telephone from 1932 to 1978 before retiring. She enjoyed the company of her many nieces and nephews. She is survived by nieces, Sandra Thomas and her husband Hal, Mary Ellen Winter and her husband Richard and Margaret Ann Logee; nephews, Jeffrey Chase and his wife Kathy, Edgar and Michael Logee. She was sister of the late Albert Chase, Sarah Wright and Margaret Logee. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday December 12, 2011 at 10:00 AM in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
