Mildred E. Perry

Mildred E. Perry, 78, of Kingston, died Sunday at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Othonial W. Perry, Sr. Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Amos and Helen (Walmsley) Robinson. Mrs. Perry was employed at URI and the former LADD Center retiring in 2002 after 28 years. She is survived by five sons, Othonial Perry, Jr. of Wakefield, Thayer Perry of Providence, Lawrence Perry of Peace Dale, Darin Perry of Kingston and Shawn Perry of North Kingstown; five daughters, Sharon Perry, Debra Perry, Tina Perry, and Dawn Perry all of Providence, and Chris Perry of Kingston; four sisters, Leona Ricks and Roberta Reels, both of Providence, Mary Hall of East Providence and Frances Perry of Kingston; six brothers, Clifford Walmsley of Washington, Joseph Robinson of North Kingstown, Clinton Fayerweather of Texas, David Robinson, Amos Robinson and Donald Robinson, all of Providence; 42 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren . She was the sister of the late Shirley Garcia, Roy Robinson, Kenneth Robinson, Steven Robinson and Carl Walmsley. Visiting hours are at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Thursday 1-3 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3 PM. Burial will follow in the Perry Family Cemetery, West Kingston.
