Michael Dennis Tobin

Michael D. Tobin, 64, of Narragansett, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 18th. He was the husband of Eileen "Susie" Tobin Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Allen A. and Martha G. (Carmichael) Burch. He was a graduate of East Providence High School and Bryant College. He had been a loan officer for many years and recently began working for a local building company. He enjoyed the beach, playing golf, and gardening. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael Tobin and his wife Keeley of Wakefield; a daughter, Sasha Tobin of Narragansett; and three brothers, Earl Tobin of Rehoboth, MA, David Tobin of Cranston, and Jeffrey Tobin of Kill Devil Hills, NC. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, 55 Main St, Wickford. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are at the Avery Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Tuesday, 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for the benefit of his daughter.
