Mary R. Trench Molloy

Mary R. (Trench) Molloy, 91, of Wakefield, who has resided in South Kingstown and Narragansett for 40 years, died Tuesday. Born in England, she was a daughter of the late Dennis and Delia (Rush) Trench. Mrs. Molloy was the Assistant to the Housing Director at URI for 20 years and had served as a union President. She previously was the Assistant to the Housing Director at RISD. She is survived by two sons, John Molloy of Providence, Peter A. Molloy of Wakefield; a daughter, Carol Molloy of San Francisco, CA; two granddaughters, Katharyn M. Starr and Jacquelyn A. Starr, both of Narragansett; and a son in law, Carder Starr of Narragansett. She was the mother of the late Edward Molloy and Eileen Molloy-Starr and sister of the late John Trench and Eileen Trench. Funeral and burial will be private.
