Mary D. Gormly

Mary D. Gormly (DeCubellis), 89, of Narragansett, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. She was the wife of the late John F. Gormly, Sr. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Antonio and Adeline (Perotti) DeCubellis. Mrs. Gormly was a secretary for the former Uniroyal Company for 22 years and then the University of Rhode Island retiring in 1991. She was a communicant of Christ the King Church. She is survived by her son, John F. Gormly, Jr and his wife Maria of Cumberland and four grandchildren. She was the sister of the late, Louis, Albert, Joseph, Julio, Dominic, Stephen DeCubellis, Jenny Lombardo, Helen Picunoso, and Margaret Kirkwood. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 11 am in Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Rd., Kingston, RI 02881. Burial will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christ the King Church in her memory.
