Mary N. Alessandro

Mary N. Alessandro (Giunta), 92, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013. She was the wife of the late Frank Alessandro. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Gaetano and Santina (Comella) Giunta. Mrs. Alessandro was a registered nurse working at Rhode Island Hospital for many years before retiring. She is survived by her son, David P. Alessandro of Wakefield and two grandchildren, Christopher D. and Michelle Alessandro. She was the sister of the late Dr. Frank Giunta. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6, 2014, at 11 AM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Monday 10-11 AM.
