Mark S. Potter

Mark S. Potter, 51, of Holiday, FL and formerly of Wakefield, died Friday, February 19, 2010 in New Port Richey, FL Born in Hartford, CT, he was a son of Benjamin F. Potter of Holiday, FL and Barbara (Dware) Potter of Wakefield. Mr. Potter was the owner of Potter’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Inc. in South County and prior to that he was a supervisor for Sears & Roebuck Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. He loved to fish, work on cars, build models and play the guitar. Besides his parents he is survived by a grandmother, Hazel Dware of Providence; two aunts, Diane Spinney of Cranston and Patricia Spencer of Clearwater, FL; two cousins, Jennifer Spinney of Cranston and Jason Spinney of Johnston; as well an many other cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 13, 2010 at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. Peace Dale.
