Marion S. Moore

Marion S. Moore, 86, of South Kingstown, died Monday May 21st. She was the beloved wife of Richard W. Moore, for 63 years, whom she met while attending Rhode Island State College (now URI). Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Conrad and Doris (Sahlgren) Sundquist. Besides her husband she is survived by 4 four children, Kristin M. Patterson of Wakefield, Richard W. Moore, Jr. of Kingston, David E. Moore of Ashaway, and Susan M. Ferry of Cumberland; two sisters, Jeanne Wahlberg of Wakefield and Dorian Madreperla of Beach Haven, NJ; and seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.. Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, Thursday, 6-8 PM. Funeral and burial will be private.
