Marion Costa (Watt), 91, formerly of Lincoln and Pawtucket, RI, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Scalabrini Villa Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in North Kingstown, RI. She was the beloved wife of fifty-one years to the late Manuel Costa. Marion was born in Providence, RI to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Yeager) Watt. She is preceded in death by two sisters; Lillian Abbott and Ruth Crotty. She is survived by her daughter, Kerri Costa and her husband, Gregory Crout and granddaughter, Addyson Crout of South Kingstown, RI. Marion was also known as "Auntie Mare" to many beloved nieces and nephews. Throughout her life, Marion served as a faithful member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church and Roger Williams Baptist Church. Marions life was one of devotion to her family and the Lord. Marion will always be remembered for her boundless energy, cheerful disposition and perpetual laugh. Marions funeral and memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020. The funeral service will begin at 11 A.M. at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI followed by a memorial service at 1 P.M. at Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St. Wakefield, RI. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marions memory to Scalabrini Villa Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 860 North Quidnessett Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852 would be appreciated.
