Marilyn E. Vendetti

Marilyn E. (Rose) Vendetti, 74, of Foddering Farm Rd., Narragansett, died Tuesday at South County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Frank Vendetti. Born in Narragansett, she was the daughter of the late William B. and Emily (Rathbun) Rose. Marilyn worked as a clerk in the water department and tax assessor office for the town of Narragansett for thirty-five years before retiring. She was a member of St. Peter’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church. She leaves a sister, Judith Russo of Charlestown and a brother, Rev. William Rose Jr. of Glen, NH and several nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
